Today, we serve millions of customers, thanks to a dedicated team of employees who act with care and respect.
Stone Co. has an ongoing commitment to impact and sustainability. Through dedicated governance, we seek to propose, manage and measure our relationship with society, building projects that support the development of the communities where we operate and empowering our entrepreneurs. Our goal is to achieve ever higher levels of performance, following international sustainability standards, as well as mitigating social, environmental and climate risks.
With this, we believe that when we impact a life, we transform the lives around us. A community, a city, an entire country. We want to make an impact in order to turn every effort into an achievement, every dream into a reality and that’s why in 2023 we reinforced what we believe in by consolidating a board of directors to boost this theme.
And our story doesn’t stop there. In 2024 we became signatories to the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, aligning our actions with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). That same year, our Sustainability Policy was established, defining guidelines for relationships with stakeholders and addressing issues considered relevant to our business, reinforcing our commitment to responsible and sustainable practices.
